Graphic Sizes For Our Most Common Hardware

This chart fives you the graphic sizes for our most common trade show hardware. We have indicated both overall graphic size as well as visual opening. When visual opening is smaller than the graphic size, it is generally in the case of a retractable banner stand. These units require space at the bottom of the graphic to roll in to the unit. A good rule of thumb is to continue background or color down below the bottom of the visual opening, but no pertinant information or imagery. Where possible we have provided production notes for your trade show graphics to aid in helping you in the right most collumn.

For trade show graphic production please consider these tips:

  • Use RGB color space
  • Make sure TIFF images are as close to 100dpi at final size as possible
  • Specify pantones as "Pantone Coated" colors
  • Include fonts or make sure to outline all fonts in the file
  • Provide linked files when applicaple (when providing native files)
  • Remember we have less color controll on PDF's, flattened TIFF files and JPEGs
