Conventional die cutting is the process of creating a shaped blade, placing it on a material and applying pressure to cut the shape. This requires a separate die for for each unique shape you want to cut, making the setup more expensive.

Our digital die cutting service creates the die in a file that then translates to one of our cutters, where it is cut. Eliminating added costs associated with the traditional process.

CNC stands for "Computer Numerical Control", which is another way of saying digital cutting. All of our cutters are CNC based. This means we can send any digital file with a cut line attached to the appropriate cutting machine and it will make it happen.

Our cutting capabilities are the most extensive in the Northeast. By utilizing our 3 technologies, CNC routing, laser, and digital die cutting, we can cut almost any substrate you can think of.
